Accommodation information and booking conditions

Availability of accommodation is now limited, and bookings will be on a request basis from Tuesday 22 August. Bookings will be subject to availability and the best rate the hotel can provide at the time of your request. For this reason, it is suggested you provide a preferred hotel and a 2nd hotel option.
You must provide credit card details to guarantee your booking which will be forwarded to the hotel.
If you are providing third party credit card information and wish this card to be used for payment, then you MUST complete an authorisation form and provide this to the hotel.
EFT payments are no longer available.
Each hotel has their own booking / cancellation conditions details of which are provided in hotel descriptions.

We share a common wall with the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre allowing for direct access from The Podium Level of the hotel to the Plaza Terrace of the Centre. Ivy & Eve Apartments South Bank

This apartment style accommodation offers a resort style atmosphere and is only a short 4-minute walk to the BCEC. The one- and two-bedroom apartments are fully self-contained but do not provide a housekeeping service within a 7-day stay. There is a restaurant onsite where meals can be charged back to the room. Ivy & Eve has an extensive recreational deck overlooking the pool with a heated spa and outdoor dining area with pizza oven, beach house, gym and children’s play area.
